DRCF publishes blog on ICO-CMA workshop on harmful digital design
The DRCF has today published a new blog, Harmful digital design: Insights from ICO-CMA stakeholder workshop, which brought together 80 industry experts. This follows the publication of a joint position paper in August 2023, which looked at how certain digital design practices can undermine consumers’ choice and privacy.
